Millie’s House Nursery & Pre-School at Westminster opened in 2020 and is a beautifully refurbished, 63-place nursery set within a historic former church hall dating back to 1904. We provide high-quality care and education for children aged three months to five years, in four bright and airy age-appropriate classrooms thoughtfully designed to support learning and development through play, exploration, and creativity.

Located just moments from the Houses of Parliament, our nursery enjoys a truly unique position in the heart of London. Children regularly visit local landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, and Tate Britain, as well as nearby green spaces including St James’s Park, where they can watch the King’s Horse Guards, spot swans, parakeets, and pelicans, and enjoy the natural beauty of the outdoors. We also love exploring Vauxhall Bridge, Vauxhall City Farm, and the many surrounding parks with water features and sand play areas, bringing learning to life through real-world experiences.

Our approach is deeply child-led, following each child’s individual interests and extending their knowledge through rich resources, meaningful literature, and hands-on exploration. Every experience, whether indoors or outside, is an opportunity for discovery and growth.

At Westminster, our warm and experienced team is at the heart of the nursery’s success. Miss Olivette, who has been with the nursery for over 15 years, has supported its transformation from its previous ownership to Millie’s House. Alongside her, the wider team brings years of dedication, creating a stable, nurturing environment where every child feels secure, valued, and inspired to learn.
